
Our pigs are raised on large farms dedicated exclusively to the production of Iberian pigs with large areas of oak where animals roam freely, fed oak acorns in winter and grass in summer.
Available Iberian Acorn-Fed Meat Cuts: Abanico, Loin Collar, Cheek, Castañeta, Strips Rib, Lagarto, lagartito, Loin, Lean, Bacon, End Loin, Plumilla, Presa, Secreto, Jowl, Tenderloin, Surprise.
Vacuum packed in packages of 500 gr or 1 kg.
Fresh meat has a shelf life of 15 days and frozen meat 5 or 6 months.
