Sixth Generation of Cheese Masters

Our producer is a small family business dedicated to the production of Cabrales Cheese, located in the heart of the Picos de Europa, in the Cabrales council.

It is a company that continues the family legacy, being the sixth generation, in the elaboration of a delicacy such as Cabrales Cheese, first for family consumption and later for its commercialization, always respecting the philosophy of the select and artisanal product.

Quality, tradition and passion for their work are the values that today characterize the production of Cabrales DOP Cheese.

Fusion of Modernity and Tradition

Each piece is made by hand devoting time, effort and love to each of our cheese.

The process starts by using raw whole cow’s milk from the family cattle. Then the cheese is matured in natural caves found in the mountain. The maturation process is slower, but it is worth it to achieve the perfect creaminess of the cheese.

Available sizes: whole cheese, half cheese, wedge film of 400 gr., 320 gr. and 210 gr. approximately.
